The government has set a target of 12% growth in total retail sales of goods and domestic consumer services revenue this year. This is much higher than the 9% growth rate of the previous year.
The group of food, foodstuff, accommodation and catering services saw the highest increase in spending by tourists last year, up to 13%. Retail systems are also constantly innovating to serve and exploit this demand. Domestic consumption demand continues to recover strongly, reflecting the stable development trend of the domestic retail market in recent years.
