A land plot of nearly 60 hectares in Ward 10 and Ward 11, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province has just been auctioned by a business for more than 7,728 billion VND.

Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company – Ho Chi Minh City Branch and Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province Land Fund Development Center have just organized an auction of land use rights for a land area of ​​nearly 60 hectares in Ward 10 and Ward 11, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

Accordingly, the land has a starting price of more than 7,628 billion VND. The auction had 2 businesses participating. In the first round, both participating businesses bid 50 billion higher than the starting price.

However, in the second round of auction, one enterprise withdrew. The remaining enterprise, headquartered in Ward 10, Vung Tau City, won the auction with a winning price of more than VND 7,728 billion, a difference of VND 100 billion compared to the starting price.

According to the Land Fund Development Center of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, the nearly 60ha land area is planned to implement the 3/2 Street Urban Area project with the goal of building an urban area, developing in the direction of commercialization combined with tourism, ecology associated with natural, smart, modern space, fully meeting the living needs of residents and tourists.

The project includes a complex of townhouses, villas, apartments, social housing; low-rise and high-rise commercial and service buildings; hotels; water parks… to accommodate a population of about 13,000 people and 11,000 tourists.
