On the morning of October 8, HE Mr. Kohdayar Marri, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Pakistan in Hanoi, and his colleagues visited the multi-layer paper factory established in Vietnam in 2022.

This is a very sophisticated polymer bill blank manufacturing technology invested by Q&T Vietnam High-Tech Company Limited, made by the Federal Republic of Germany according to the order of a Vietnamese private enterprise, with the condition that only single-unit design and production is allowed (due to negotiations and agreements between the two parties, the Federal Republic of Germany does not have the right to produce a second production line for another country within a certain period of time).

Ambassador HE Mr. Kohdayar Marri was surprised by the modern technology that Vietnam uses to print multi-layer paper, after 20 years Vietnam had to import foreign paper. This is also the 5th factory in the world to produce multi-layer paper to serve about 40 countries using polymer money. Commenting on the great prospects for cooperation between Q&T Vietnam and the National Money Printing Factory of Vietnam with the State Bank of Pakistan in the coming period, the Ambassador hoped that Vietnam would cooperate to transfer technology to the other side because Pakistan’s money printing output is very large (because Q&T has signed an exclusive agreement with Germany, so Pakistan needs Vietnam’s support because it wants to avoid dependence on foreign countries in printing money, which is very expensive).
